The Power You Seek

Last month we lost the venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, Buddhist monk, peace activist, poet, teacher and “father of mindfulness” from the earthly realm. I was always touched by the painfully beautiful simplicity of his teachings.

This quote is from his address to Google employees in 2013.

“The power you seek is knowing, not thinking.”
This came from one of my spirit guides during the Intuition Medicine program. Eerie how much it aligns with Nhat Hanh’s proclamation.

What I know from experience is this, our thinking mind is like a data processor, capable of generating one, two or maybe three solutions or options; while our intuitive mind is infinite and connected directly to Source. Unfortunately, our society reveres the thinking mind and rejects the intuitive one so most of us have lost touch with our intuitive senses. Which would you rather tap into?

How far has your best thinking gotten you so far? Are you joyful, relaxed, satisfied, and inspired or anxious, stressed, depressed and depleted? (I’m talking to myself here too, so don’t take it personally.)

You do not need so much information; you already have the answers. Take space, be still and listen.

Through my Life Styling modality, Whole Person Coaching brings forth this truth while Intuition Medicine(R) connects you directly to the intuitive mind.

Sounds pretty good, huh? I’d love to help you make the shift.
