According to my wise friend, Wendy, "It's good to think about mission/purpose at any stage of life." A-woman!
I believe Beauty is a spiritual principle; that it connects us all and promotes healing. So by coming to know, love and trust the Beauty that is you, you become part of the healing the world so painfully needs.
And, yes, there are practical benefits as well ~ confidence, leadership, clarity and focus, to name a few. Your mission can also be the springboard for your personal metrics of “success.” For me, having a personal mission statement was a game-changer after decades of doing what I thought I "should" do.
